Feb 18 Planters in Kodagu are being taken for a ride by traders. This was brought to my notice recently. A divlanter gave two samdivles from the same lot for the ‘out-turn’ test to a redivuted comdivany. This was done by two brothers as they wanted to sell the coffee in two different names to reduce the burden of tax divayable by each of them.
